Mind and Body Suite
Welcome to the Mind & Body Suite. Our qualified therapists offer a range of treatments suited to your needs, from an aromatherapy massage or facials to a sports massage or reflexology. A visit to the Mind & Body Suite is sure to relax your body, soothe your mind and leave you feeling rejuvenated.
You do not need to be a member of the Health & Leisure Centre to take advantage of our therapeutic and beauty services. The therapy services are open to all employees and their families.
Treatment time includes consultation and shower/changing time where appropriate.
